Vila Velha had the highest real estate appreciation in the country in 2022 – 17.45%, according to data from the FipeZap index. This result is related to the growth of the municipality, with the development of more infrastructure, shops and services, and the supply of large plots of land with a privileged location. Some neighborhoods, such as Jockey de Itaparica, play a leading role in this scenario and have become the main focus of investors' attention.
Emerson Lima, Sales Director at ARGO, explains that the municipality has potential that has already been explored by the real estate market and that, over the next few years, it will gain even more prominence. “Vila Velha is a very promising region, which guarantees the certainty of a good investment, as it offers a complete structure, as well as proximity to beautiful beaches on the coast of Espírito Santo. It is in this context that the Jockey de Itaparica neighborhood stands out compared to others, given the facilities offered to those who choose to live there”, highlights Lima.
Jockey de Itaparica is the focus of investors
In a region that has emerged in the market, Jockey de Itaparica received, in November, the new ARGO launch, the Brisa Boulevard Building. It is the company's fourth project in the region, which already has three buildings 100% sold (more than 586 units).
