Vitória is preparing to welcome Argo Construtora's first project, located in the Jardim da Penha neighborhood. Scheduled to launch in February 2017, Madri is a 2 and 3 bedroom residence, with a complete leisure area, and the construction company's first development with a Garden, floor on which all apartments will have an external floor area of up to 89m².
The Garden floor, as it is called, is located on the 2nd floor, and is a floor with an outdoor area that can reach up to 89 m² and allows the resident several possibilities for use.
The area is provided with a sewage and water point, an electric point for a “cook top” stove, a TV point and a polished granite countertop with sink. The 2.20m high wall prevents visual contact between one apartment and another and thus allows greater comfort among residents.
The Garden floor, exclusive to Madrid, is Argo's first development with this difference. In our studies we identified a large portion of Jardim da Penha residents who want a “private backyard” in their apartment. We thus developed a floor whose units have a private uncovered area. In addition, the development has complete collective leisure, which will be delivered furnished and equipped.
